Roster Mania 2026 Pacific

With Varrel entering the league by acquiring the SLT roster, and Full Sense stepping in to replace the prominent Thai organization Talon Esports, the Pacific region is gearing up for a thrilling 2026 season.

Below is a look at all the confirmed Pacific rosters for Season 2026—the final franchised year before organizations face re-evaluation in 2027.  

Let’s break down how these rosters look on paper, compare them with other Pacific teams, and rate each change as an upgrade, downgrade, or neutral, using scores out of 10.

Detonantion FocusMe(DFM):

Players IN : Foxy9(Rumoured)

Players OUT: Jinboong(Free Agent)

Overall, if the Foxy9 rumors prove true, the roster gains noticeable firepower, though it may not drastically alter the Pacific League standings.With the core lineup and coaching staff remaining intact from last season, the team is expected to grow stronger as the season progresses.

 DRX:

Players IN: No Change

Players OUT: Estrella

The DRX core remains intact wit the likes of Mako, Flashback, Hyunmin, BeYn, Freeing taking them to champions consistently for last 2 years as well. There firepower remains to be potent and they surely are contender for one international this coming season 

 Rating : Neutral(Their roster remained the same , easily top  4 team) [ Overall Score : 7/10]

 Full Sense :

Players In: Killua, Thyy, Primmie, Jitboys, Leviathan,Crws (HC) ,THEELOVEFAMILY(AC) 

Full Sense will be the Thai team replacing the Talon Esports in VCT circuit for 2026. They had to take majority of Ex-TALON Players who were just one map away to make champions 2025. With crws retiring as player and joining the team as head coach would be interesting prospect to watch out for.

On paper, this roster brings solid mechanical skill and proven experience at the regional level. The overall balance and familiarity between players give Full Sense a reliable baseline going into the season.

Rating : Upgrade(Good roster, Nice firepower under belt should make internationals next year) [Overall Score : 6/10]

 Global Esports:

Players In : Xavi8k,Autumn, Patman, Frost(HC), Balax(Coach),vladk0r(AC)

Players Out: Papi, Ban, Elevated,mCe,

Players Retained: Kr1stal,UdoTan, Dereyon.

With the consecutive 3rd year of making making constant changes, this version of GE looks most promising on paper as with the addition of Frost(Ex-TALON Coach), Patman(Recon player from PRX), Autumn(Ex FPX IGL and Senti) gives a clearer structure, defined roles and variety of leadership in the roster.

 According to credible sources, GE is also going with different Players being Captain and IGL for this team, Autumn and Xavi8K being respectively. 

With sufficient time together over the course in season  this roster would be expected to be qualify for international events and make some internationals.However , When  compared to more settled pacific powerhouses like GenG, DRX, PRX,T1,RRQ will be a difficult task ahead for this roster.

Rating : Upgrade (From last year Firepower wise, Brains Wise This team would be cohesive and would yield better results if strategized wisely)  , Overall Score: 6/10 

 GenG:

Players IN: Lakia,Zynx(Stand-In)

Players OUT: Munchkin

 With Munchkin departing to T1 as the role of IGl,, the replacement of Lakia to the roster brings a new era of Primary calling for this GenG roster after an unexpected ending of VCT 2025 season. This team looks solid on paper, with role swap of karon to Sentinel and Ash to Controller already paying dividends to some degree, we might see them into mix of array of internationals next year.  

Rating : Neutral (From last year certainly replacing a player like Munchkin is gonna be big thing to do for Lakia, Lets see how Lakia grows as a leader), Overall Score: 7/10 

Nongshim Redforce:

 Player(s) IN: Xross

Player(s) OUT: Francis 

 Nongshim have kept their same roster with Previous of Xross instead of Francis.With the finish 5-6th last season and clinical ascension run should give them good boost in confidence for 2026 season. This roster will grow in next season and might finish higher than 5-6th. 

 Rating : Neutral, Overall Score: 6/10 

Paper Rex(PRX):

Player(s) IN:  Invy

Player(s) OUT: Patman  

Coach(s) IN : Wendler(Assistant Coach) 

 Paper Rex has been a strong contender for international Championships , But with addition of Invy their firepower has been increased by a ton. It remains to be seen if this will impact their stronghold on the close games. 

Rating : Upgrade(Invy addition to this team makes this a kind of super team in its own whose results remains to be seen next year), Overall Score: 9/10.

Rex Regum Qeon(RRQ): 

No Player changes

Coach(s) change : Jovi 

RRQ remains to be unchanged this year with successful champions entry this year. Jovi replaces as Head coach with long standing Ewok taking break from coaching. They will having good chances going into next year with same set of players and experienced  coaching staff under their bag. 

 Rating : Upgrade(Ewok addition to coaching staff  brings in more chances for different strategies we gonna be seeing from RRQ), Overall Score: 9/10.

 T1:

Player(s) IN: Munchkin

Player(s) OUT:  DH(to T1 academy)

 T1 comes with the addition of Munchkin as IGL makes this team a dangerous prospect to look out for. Overall the changes  will improve their macro and calling to an extent limiting their shortage of plays at helm as seen in crucial matches. 

Rating: Upgrade(munchkin is high quality igl bringing in masters calling experience will enhance their chances for qualifying for internationals), Overall Score: 9/10

Team Secret:  

 Players IN: TenTen, Sylvan, BerserX

Players OUT: Jremy, ZesBeeW, Invy, N1zzy, Wild0reoo

Team secret went Multi national with addition of TenTen, Sylvan, BerserX while retaining KellyS as IGL, although their 5th player remain to be seen  while JessieVash being the Sub for this team.

 Rating : Upgrade(but coordination and not knowing full roster with many unknowns factor), Overall Score: 5/10.

 Varrel: 

Players IN: C1nder, Klaus, Xuna, ooznmlp, Zexy 

Coach(s) IN: Rain(Coach), TK9(HC),nnimu(Manager), R3THME(ANALYST),Howard(STAFF)

With Varrel rope in the  SLT roster, This roster looks strong with executes as seen in ascension run with good adaptions on the fly which led them to ascension win. Expect this team to be getting some good wins next season.

Rating : Neutral(good roster with good potential), Overall Score: 6/10.

Zeta Division :

Players IN: Absol, Eko, SyouTa

Players OUT:  Dep

Coaches IN: Ryota(HC), Mini(Coaching Advisor)  

With Zeta bringing in SyouTa as well as the reliable Absol and Eko (stand Ins for Zeta in Off-season) and Dep going back to Reject, It is worth to say they have made some prominent changes with Mini as advisor and Ryota as HC while still lacking firepower which needs to get w0rk around to get this roster well oiled at end of the year. 

Rating: Neutral(With Coaching changes being appreciable , Players impact need to be seen throughout the year), Overall Score : 5/10
